  I using love it. We come there often. But this time my tea was un drinkable. They didn't make it right. Try to fix it myself, didn't work. Just throw it away. So sad. I sure hope this don't happen again because if it does I will not be back.

  Waited 15 minutes at the window for my order. the girl who I thinks named Ria was at the window and kept asking if I got everything. She forgot a coffee then forgot she already gave me other items from my order because she was so distracted by the personal phone call she was on. She slowly made everything while she laughed on the Earpeice she was using to to make personal phone calls, she laughed while flirting on it but didn't even greet me. When paying, she lost the 8 cents I gave her and swore up and down I didn't give it to her but I know I gave it to her because I had it in my hands for 15 mins while waiting on her. Ugh I hate this location. I've regretted every time i spent a dime at this location bc the employees are unprofessional and rude and Im always dissatisfied with it..
