  I went into this store like I do a few times a week. But the other day was a bit different. I had a few questions regarding the store ad. When I approached the customer service counter where I was greeted very welcoming. When I asked to talk with manager on duty she did not hesitate. This is when I start to have problems. Carla was manager on duty at that time. She was not inviting and warm at all. Very short and rude with answers to the questions I had. Now I have over 12+ years as CSR and management I was just disgusting with my experience. I felt as if I was belittled and a inconvenience to her. As a loyal supporter of union I started to go to shop n save now I'm taking my business else where.
