I am ashamed to admit that I didn't learn my lesson until after the 4th wait of over 45 minutes. No apologies from managers ever and no real understanding of what is going on to make it such an awful experience. I will not go back after 9am. EVER.February 10, 2017

There was no sweet tea in the lobby, no front counter service and they were more worried about the drive through than anything! It will be worth the drive to St. Charles from now on!November 11, 2016
